Just like Tangled

We had friends and their kids over a couple of weeks ago. Ellie and I had purchased a few floating lanterns, just like in the movie Tangled, and decided that it would be nice if all the kids could make a wish on one and send it thru the night sky.

Ellie's wish was for the Golden Flower from the movie and Pooh's wish was for the sky to be made out of ice cream…or that ice cream would fall out of the sky. I LOVED doing this with the kids! I've decided I'm going to purchase these every year and release them on their birthdays. Also, if my girls…or boy(s) ever get married and they have a "lake wedding" EVERY guest will be receiving one and we will be releasing theses as the party ends.
